د هیواد د ملي امنیت پخوانی رییس رحمت الله نبیل وویل چې که څه هم هغه د فساد 180؛ قضیې ولسمشر غني ته سپارلي دي؛ مګر ځینې یې لاهم د اشرف غني په دربار کې کار کوي.

ښاغلي نبیل د سیګار ادارې یا د افغانستان بیارغونې لپاره د متحده ایالاتو ځانګړي عمومي مفتش لخوا خپور شوي فساد راپور په ځواب کې ټویټ کړی او لیکلي چې په 2014 کال کې ، د ملي یووالي حکومت له جوړیدو وروسته د لوی فساد 180 قضیې د پخواني حکومت د چارواکو لخوا ډاکټر غني ته سپارل شوې وې.

ښاغلي نبیل زیاته کړه چې؛ یو څه وروسته ، د ورته فایلونو مالکین لوړو پوستونو ته وټاکل شول ، او ځینې یې لاهم دربار ته نږدې دي!

په هرصورت ، په خپل نوي راپور کې ، د سیګار ادارې په افغانستان کې د فساد پروړاندې مبارزه د نندارې په توګه تشریح کړې او د اشخاصو په بدلولو او د معاشونو تادیه پورې محدوده وبلله.

د راپور په وینا ، که څه هم حکومت د اداري فساد سره د مبارزې لپاره ځینې اقدامات کړي دي ، خو کافي ندي او هغه څوک چې په اداري فساد تورن دي لاهم په آزاده توګه ګرځي.
