Kabul’s Reaction to the Desecration of the Holy Quran in Sweden

The Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs of the Taliban announced that it would not sign a memorandum of understanding with any Swedish institutions in protest against the desecration of the Holy Quran in Sweden.

The ministry added we will not sign any memorandum of understanding with institutions supported by the Sweden government or Swedish institutions.

The ministry further stated that desecrating the Holy Quran is an irreparable crime that has hurt the feelings of Muslims worldwide.
