An American writer’s complaint against Trump for rape

An American writer who previously accused Trump of rape plans to file a new lawsuit against the former US president.
In a recently published letter, E. Jane Carroll’s lawyer announced that the former Elle magazine columnist plans to sue Trump for causing emotional distress to seniors and adults in New York state.
Carol previously accused Donald Trump, the former president of the United States, of raping her in New York in 1995-early 1996. Trump, however, vehemently denied this claim by Carroll and said that these claims were made to increase the sales of this author’s memoirs.
