Russia: America intends to destabilize the border situation in Afghanistan

Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Oleg Siromolotov said: “the U.S. is trying to destabilize the situation on the borders of Afghanistan.”

“The U.S. and its allies are now carefully trying to destabilize the situation both in Afghanistan and the territories bordering it.” Siromolotov added.

The Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia stated that the Russian side has serious reasons to believe that ISIS militants are the perpetrators of the September terrorist attack near the Russian Embassy in Kabul.
