Hekmatyar: The person responsible for the recent explosions in Afghanistan is a Tajik

Ariana News: Gulbuddin Hekmatyar, the leader of Hizb-e-Islami Afghanistan, said that the explosive attacks on the Hizb-e-Islami mosque, the Pakistani embassy and the attack on the Chinese residence in Kabul were carried out by a group led by a Tajik.
After the armed attackers attacked the Hizb-e-Islami mosque, Hekmatyar said: “The evidence obtained from the attackers is that the flag of ISIS was placed in the suicide belt of the attackers, and they were Tajik citizens.”
So far, no group has claimed responsibility for the attack on Golbedin Hekmatyar.
