The head of the Afghanistan-Pakistan Joint Chamber of Commerce, Khanjan Alkozai, has stated that the border crossings between the two nations, especially Torkham, are still closed to traffic and trade. He noted that some Pakistani officials have made attempts to reopen these crossings; however, these efforts have yet to yield results.
