Afghan people seeking asylum are suing the U.S. government

Several Afghan refugees in America have filed complaints against the federal government of this country.

As the temporary residence of thousands of Afghan refugees in the United States is about to expire, some of them have filed a complaint against the U.S. federal government.

According to reports, the immigration status of many of these asylum seekers, who have a two-year residence permit based on a humanitarian visa in the United States, will end by the end of this year.
