In a statement posted on X, Abdul Matin Qane, spokesperson for the Ministry of Interior, emphasized that licenses to carry weapons will be issued solely by the ministry. Qane further urged officials, Mujahideen, Taliban employees, and citizens to refrain from carrying or possessing weapons without proper authorization.
