Powerullah Jamal, the Deputy Minister of Administrative and Financial Affairs of the Taliban’s Ministry of Information and Culture, formally met with Alireza Beikdeli, the Iranian ambassador. During this meeting, they emphasized the need for improved facilities for Afghan pilgrims heading to holy sites in Iraq, particularly in the city of Karbala.
