Religious schools must serve as a cornerstone for the community’s support.” According to a statement from the Taliban’s Ministry of Refugee Affairs, Haqqani urged ethnic groups not to be swayed by un-Islamic slogans, advising them to hold Sharia as the ultimate standard.
