What is ISIS’s Leader Trying to say by Publishing Video Images of his?

An American senior writer in an interview considered the latest video images published by the ISIS leader as marketing and propaganda, convey specific messages.

In an interview with the CNN, Mrs. Jessica Eve Stern an American scholar and academic on terrorism said that the ISIS leader’s video images have specific messages to convey that he is still alive and to quash rumors of his death.

She also stated that ISIS is projecting a message of strength and power despite the defeat of the physical Caliphate and the leader wants to show that he is strong and his group still is the most significant terrorist group in the world right now.
