Saudi Arabia’s Oil Money in Pakistan; Spent on Terrorism

Pakistan public are not optimistic about Saudi Arabia and its regional ally financials supports to Pakistan.

The Imran Khan’s PIT Party win in the Pakistan  election shocked the Saudi’s and it alliances, since they considered the win as the favorable success for Tehran. To make it unpleasant for, Saudis tried to seduce Imran Khan by relying on the policy of avarice and temptation, since the Khan was faced with a lot of economic and financial challenges and the Pakistani official were seeking for ways rather than asking money from international monetary fund to solve their problems.

Thus, this was the time for Saudis to strike while the iron was hot and the Saudi Arabia become the destination of the Khan’s first foreign visit which ended with $10 billion agreements between Saudi Arabia and Pakistan while UAE also accepted to pay three billion dollars too.

Given the recent changes in Saudi government administration and the assignment of Ibrahim Al-Assaf as Saudi’s Minster of Foreign Affairs, it seems the country seeks to strengthen it economic relation and bind co-operation  with other nations.

By providing financial supports to Pakistan, bin Salman indeed expects Imran Khan to boost his economic relations with Saudi Arabia, since he seeks to make the Khan obey Saudi Policies as he decided to pay a visit to Pakistan in February.

This is while the Pakistan public are not optimistic about Saudi Arabia and its regional ally financials supports, since the Baluchistan Province Parliament through a bill approved by all members asked the Federal government to elaborate on the Saudi Arabia’s financial supports to Pakistanis and deliver a transparent details of Saudi loan conditions to the Baluchistan Province people.

The Pakistan people have no pleasant experience from these kinds of financial aids as formerly US loans paid for strategic co-operations left their minds occupied since the history shows that these aids will soon after emerged as a plan for spreading terrorism.
