US and UK Are Destabilizing Afghanistan

Sergei Naryshkin, director of the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service, said that the United States and the United Kingdom are cooperating with terrorist groups to destabilize Afghanistan and Central Asian countries.

He made these statements during a meeting of security officials from the Commonwealth of Nations in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan.

Naryshkin asserted that Al-Qaeda and ISIS are creations of the intelligence agencies of the US and UK.

“Syria is not the only clear example of this issue, but Afghanistan is also the one that suffers most from the attempts of the United States and Britain to destabilize the country,” Naryshkin stressed.

Previously, Alexander Bortnikov, head of the Russian Federal Security Service, said that US and UK intelligence services are attempting to transfer terrorists to Afghanistan’s northern borders.
