The Secretary General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) emphasized at the third meeting in Doha that solving Afghanistan’s problems requires constructive and continuous interaction with the Taliban’s caretaker government.
Tariq Ali Bakhit, the Secretary General of the OIC, stated that the organization maintains a constructive dialogue with the Taliban regarding women’s education and employment, as well as the fight against terrorism.
According to a newsletter published by the OIC on the X, Bakhit highlighted in his speech the necessity for a coordinated and integrated strategic approach to address the numerous challenges facing Afghanistan and its people.
He asserted that achieving this goal is possible through ongoing and constructive interaction with Afghanistan’s current rulers.
