مهاجرین افغان 550x295 - Taliban: Youth Should Serve Afghanistan Instead of Migrating

Neda Mohammad Nadeem, the Acting Minister of Higher Education of the Taliban, expressed concern about the migration of young people during a graduation ceremony at Kabul Polytechnic University.

He stated that migration harms Afghanistan’s reputation. He urged the youth to focus on serving the country instead of leaving, as Afghanistan needs the abilities of its young people.

Neda Mohammad Nadeem, the Acting Minister of Higher Education for the Taliban, expressed concern about the youth fleeing the country and told unemployed young people that they would not find good in fleeing the country.

During the graduation ceremony, Nadeem mentioned that migration of young people leads to Afghanistan’s disgrace, and they should think about serving the country instead. He said, “Your benefit is not in leaving the country and working as a taxi driver or laborer in foreign countries. Afghanistan needs the capabilities of its youth.”

He further emphasized that the country needs leaders, scholars, doctors, and engineers, and anyone with the ability to work will find a job.

It is worth mentioning that after Afghanistan fell to the Taliban, the levels of poverty and unemployment have surged, with many young people attempting to flee the country.
