Taliban: The expansion of the influence of terrorist groups in Afghanistan is baseless

The Ministry of Defense of the Taliban called the concerns of the member countries of the Collective Security Treaty about the expansion of the infiltration of terrorist groups in the borders of Afghanistan baseless.

Following the concern expressed by members of the Collective Security Treaty about the expansion of the influence of terrorist groups on the shared borders of Afghanistan with these countries, “Enayatullah Khwarazmi”, the spokesman of the Ministry of Defense of the Taliban, rejected these concerns and said: “Afghanistan’s borders are under complete control, and the border forces and border guards of the Taliban are protecting and monitoring their borders day and night.”

This reaction comes after Imangholi Tasmagambatov, the Secretary General of the Collective Security Treaty Organization, said in a meeting with other officials that the danger of spreading the influence of terrorist groups from the borders of Afghanistan has intensified.
