Taliban: Jerusalem is openly occupied

Khalil-ur-Rahman Haqqani, the Minister of Refugees in the Taliban-led government, expressed strong condemnation of Israel’s actions in Palestine during a ceremony held in Paktia province.

He described the Israeli government’s approach to Palestine as an inhumane act that contravenes universally accepted human norms.

Haqqani further commented on the situation in Jerusalem, stating, “They have now openly occupied Jerusalem and shown disrespect to our Islamic rituals.” He questioned the international community’s response to what he termed the “cruelty of these infidels,” highlighting the Taliban’s stance on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
