Taliban Expresses Solidarity with Palestinian Rights

Hafiz Zia Ahmad, the spokesperson of the Taliban’s foreign ministry, has released a statement affirming their support for the Palestinian resistance efforts against the “occupiers of Al-Quds.”

They emphasize that any form of defense and resistance by the Palestinian people for the liberation of their land and sacred sites is their legitimate right.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ statement underscores their close monitoring of recent developments in the Gaza Strip. They attribute these incidents to the violation of the rights of the oppressed Palestinian population by the Zionists, along with repeated insults and desecration of Muslim holy sites.

The Taliban Foreign Ministry further states their backing for the legitimate, historical, and legal right of the Palestinian people to establish an independent state on their historical land.

In this statement, they also appeal to Islamic nations, the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, the international community, and particularly influential regional countries to halt the violence committed by Israeli occupying forces against innocent Palestinians. They urge a resolution to the Palestinian issue based on upholding the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people.
