Mohajer Farahi, deputy of the Ministry of Information and Culture of the Taliban, emphasized the need for unity among Muslims to oppose the crimes committed by Israel.
He criticized the silence of human rights institutions and the United Nations, as well as the unwavering support of the United States for Israel.
In a message on X, Farahi wrote: “Yesterday, half of the world attacked Afghanistan with America; today, the same thing is happening in Gaza. O Muhammadan Ummah! If you do not unite, Israel and the West will repeat this scenario many times.
There is still time—let’s put aside our personal differences and fight these anti-Islamic elements together. Time flies!”Recently, the people of Afghanistan held an anti-Zionist rally to support the Palestinian people and condemn the assassination of martyr Ismail Haniyeh, head of the political office of Hamas.
Several current authorities and political and security officials inside and outside Afghanistan issued separate statements in response to Haniyeh’s assassination.
They condemned the incident, emphasized the liberation of Jerusalem, and called for the destruction of the Zionist regime.
