Russia: America is secretly in contact with ISIS

Russian presidential envoy to Afghanistan announced that Moscow has documents showing that the United States is seeking relations with anti-Taliban armed groups and secretly supports the activities of ISIS.

“America is preventing peace in Afghanistan to compensate for its military and political defeat in Afghanistan.” Zamir Kabulov said.

Kabulov added that the United States has contacts with armed opposition groups in Afghanistan and is secretly monitoring the activities of ISIS to destabilize the situation in Central Asia and the countries neighbouring Afghanistan, and even against Russian security.
