Abdul Latif Nazari, Deputy Minister of Economy for the Taliban, asserted that the opponents of Afghanistan’s ruling regime lack a popular base, which has hindered their ability to achieve any significant gains against the Taliban.
Nazari emphasized that none of the Taliban’s political and military adversaries have managed to capture even a single police station over the years, attributing this to their lack of popular support.
“The support of the people played a crucial role in the Taliban’s victory, and now the people continue to be the backbone of our system,” stated Nazari.
