Mujahid: the US claim of Islamic State’s growth in Afghanistan is not true

Taliban spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid said that the statements of American officials about the number of ISIS in Afghanistan are not true and that ISIS has already been reduced and defeated.

On his Twitter page, Mujahid targeted American officials for their exaggeration, cooperation with the ISIS group, and propaganda in their favor, which should be stopped.

Earlier, Michael Kurila, the commander of the United States Central Staff (CENTCOM), said that the Khorasan branch of the ISIS group will attack the interests of the United States and Western countries in the next six months.
