Kabulov: America Seeks to Undermine Taliban Rule

Zamir Kabulov, Director of the Second Asian Department of the Russian Foreign Ministry, stated that the United States has not yet reconciled with its defeat and withdrawal from Afghanistan.

“The US is now attempting to retaliate in various ways,” Kabulov added.

Putin’s Special Representative for Afghanistan asserted that Washington’s support for certain terrorist organizations and efforts to destabilize the Taliban, who assumed power in Afghanistan following the US departure, are among the measures being taken by the US in its pursuit of revenge.

Kabulov previously announced that the ISIS terrorist group was established in northern Afghanistan by American and British forces.
