Ariana News Agency: Dmitry Polyansky, Russia’s deputy representative to the United Nations, said that the presence of ISIS in Afghanistan is a serious threat to neighboring countries.
“ISIS in Afghanistan is one of the factors of instability in the situation in this country,” Polyansky said.
The spread of ideological activities, propaganda, and recruitment using information and communication technology poses another danger.
“We see the presence of the ISIS terrorist group in Afghanistan as a serious threat to Central Asian countries,” he added.
According to the diplomat, the increase in the number of suicide attacks shows that this group has a lot of human resources.
