Britain’s Alleged Cover-Up of Crimes in Afghanistan

Maria Zakharova, the spokeswoman for the Russian Foreign Ministry, has accused the United Kingdom of falsifying evidence and torturing individuals during its anti-terrorism operations in Afghanistan.

In a statement, Zakharova said, “During the anti-terrorism operation in Afghanistan, the British army repeatedly created fake evidence and used torture.”

She urged the United Kingdom and NATO to refrain from shielding war criminals.
