America is the main obstacle to Afghanistan’s growth

Tawakkul Ahmadyar, head of the Afghanistan Chamber of Commerce, strongly criticized the American banking sanctions during a meeting with the charge d’affaires of the U.S. Embassy.

He asserted that these sanctions are the primary factor crippling Afghanistan’s economy and trade, calling for their immediate lifting.

Ahmadyar highlighted the significant obstacles Afghan businesses face in executing banking transactions and securing credit. He underscored the pivotal role of Afghanistan’s agricultural sector, describing it as a cornerstone of the nation’s economy.
