In its latest report, the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) revealed that over 24% of children aged 5 to 17 in Afghanistan experience anxiety.

UNICEF highlighted that this rate is ten times higher than the global average.

It is worth noting that UNICEF and other international organizations have repeatedly expressed concern about the widespread poverty and suffering among the people of Afghanistan.
