12 thousand criminal incidents in Afghanistan

According to the Taliban’s Ministry of Interior, nearly 12,000 criminal incidents occurred across the country last year, and more than 16,000 people were arrested in connection with these cases.

Abdul Matin Qane, the spokesman of the Taliban’s Ministry of Interior, said that criminal offences had decreased significantly nationwide.

Contrary to these statements, some reports show increased criminal offences in Afghanistan this year.
