In a video released by Hezb-e-Islami\u2019s media outlets, Hekmatyar stated that the country’s security situation is critical, with some individuals in a state of high alert, “finger on the trigger.” He added that attacks have increased across Afghanistan, forcing many people to flee the country.<\/p>\n

The Hezb-e-Islami leader also criticized the Taliban for failing to bring back Afghan refugees, saying:
