officials from the Commonwealth of Nations in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Naryshkin asserted that Al-Qaeda and ISIS are creations of the intelligence agencies of the US and UK.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\u201cSyria is not the only clear example of this issue, but Afghanistan is also the one that suffers most from the attempts of the United States and Britain to destabilize the country,\u201d Naryshkin stressed.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Previously, Alexander Bortnikov, head of the Russian Federal Security Service, said that US and UK intelligence services are attempting to
