&#8220;The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan rejects the claim of Nikolai Petroshev, the secretary of the Russian Security Council, who attributed the creation of the Islamic Movement of the Taliban to the United States.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>It should be noted that the Secretary of the Russian Security Council claimed last Thursday that America created the Taliban, ISIS
