EU Special Envoy to Afghanistan Thomas Nicholson said in response to the killing of an Afghan-Turkish school principal in Kandahar that an attack on education was an attack on the future of Afghanistan and its youth.<\/p>\n

“We offer our condolences to the slain Afghan-Turkish school principal’s family, colleagues, students, and friends,” Nicholson wrote on Twitter.<\/p>\n

“Turkey is generously offering an ambitious training program and grant to Afghans,” Nicholson wrote.<\/p>\n
