Ariana News Agency: Some media outlets have reported that the Taliban, despite their commitments to the international community, continue to attack ethnic and religious minorities in Afghanistan, forcing them to flee their homes and lands.<\/strong><\/p>\n

More than a thousand Uzbek and Turkmen minorities in northern Afghanistan and hundreds of Hazara families are said to have been forced to flee their homes and lands in five provinces.<\/p>\n

The Taliban claim that in previous governments, the land was unfairly distributed and that the Pashtuns, who make up the majority of the Taliban, now occupy more than 20,000 hectares of land.<\/p>\n
