Ariana News Agency-\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n Jim Yong Kim has announced he is stepping down as the head of the World Bank, in a move that sent shockwaves through the international aid community.<\/p>\n The official announcement of his departure provided no reason for his sudden departure.
